I can't find my address at checkout, what do I do?
On the checkout page under the title “Area/ Suburb” you must add your area not the city. For example if you live in Johannesburg, Sandton then in the Area/Suburb coulomb add the first 3 letters (S-a-n) and Sandton should popup.
Payments
How do I order?
Simply add the product in your cart by clicking the green Add to cart button. Once in cart click the green checkout button and add your shipping address and payment method. once you have done this your order will be processed and shipped in 3-5 working days.
Which payment methods do you offer?
We have got a multitude of payment methods including credit and debit card, instant EFT, Snapscan and Bank transfer. We use the payment gateways Payfast and Ozow.
Custom Changes
Can I change colours of the frames?
Yes you can change the colours of a frame or frame set by to a colour you would like. All you have to do is add in “Notes” at checkout which colours you would like your frames to be.
Can I request custom sized frame?
Yes definitely, we make custom sized frames all the time. Email us at info@worldofrusticframes.co.za with your desired colour and size.
