How does delivery work?

✔︎ We use The Courier Guy for all of our deliveries, and do deliver all over South Africa.

  • You can expect your Frame orders within 3-5 business days from when you place your order. If you select ‘local pickup’ as delivery option, we will contact you when your order is ready to pickup.
  • All Furniture items are made on demand thus processing time is about 3 weeks from the day you place your order, and 3-5 business days for delivery to your door. 
  • Orders purchased in our physical retail store do not qualify for free delivery. Free delivery is only available online if stated on the site.  

When we ship the order you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. The Courier Guy uploads events on where your parcel is, don’t stress if there is no events uploaded after 24 hours  – the system can take a day or so to catch up..

If your order does not arrive within 10 business days, please contact us so that we can follow it up with The Courier Guy. We guarantee your parcel’s delivery by requiring a signature on arrival.

Do you have a returns policy?

✔︎ Yes! We are extremely confident that you will love your products. However if your parcel arrives in with any issues including broken glass, broken frames we offer a 7-day returns policy.

Broken Glass

If glass is broken please contact us at info@worldofrusticframes.co.za and we will arrange a glass replacement free of charge.

Broken Frames

If your frame arrives damaged then please contact us at info@worldofrusticframes.co.za and we will arrange a frame replacements free of charge.

Custom sizes and colours

If a frame or furniture item is made to specific specs from the client (size, colour or design) we do not allow for returns on these items.

If you need to return a product please email our team at info@worldofrusticframes.co.za with your order name and number, as well as the reason why you would like to return your product, then our team will inspect your reasoning and if we it deemed unfit by our inspection team for any reason we reserve the right to deny your refund. Then you will be required to pay a 20% handling fee on the total amount of your order which will be deducted from your refund. We will not accept any returns after 7 days regardless of the reason for return. Please note there are no refunds on custom orders. 

Our Customer Service Team will then ask few mandatory questions regarding your return in order to for us to avoid people taking advantage of our system.

We will send you a return shipping label at your cost, that you will be required to attach to your original packaging before The Courier Guy comes to collect the parcel.
